Tour our sugar house and learn how this campus enterprise involves members of the entire school community in a range of hands-on activities — splitting wood, tapping trees, transporting sap, boiling down the syrup, and bottling the sweet product! For decades, US students have learned the science of sap flow in sugar maples, the history of Native American practices, and the more modern economics of maple syrup production. Come see for yourself!
