All registration for this conference will take place online. You may pay via credit card (Mastercard or Visa), bank wire, or cheque. If you are unable to process an online registration, please contact Kathy Blaisdell at office@theibsc.org.

REGISTRATION RATES

Registration is payable in US dollars only. Payment may be made via credit card (Mastercard or Visa), bank wire, or cheque.

Regular IBSC Member School Rate US $120 per person (about £80)
Non-member Rate US $169 per person (about £110)

Delegate Registration

Delegate registration includes admission to all conference events and meals listed in the conference programme.

Cancellation Policy:

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if written request is received before February 25th and 50% if written request is received before March 6th. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 6th. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact the IBSC at office@theibsc.org.

Registration Deadline:

Conference registration will close March 10, 2015, and may close earlier if registration reaches conference capacity.
