Student Nomination and Application Process

Remember to submit all materials (student nomination form, student application, and reference letter) by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, 24 February 2017.

Step 1
Schools nominate one student and a school mentor by completing the online Nomination Form.
Deadline: 24 February 2017

Step 2
After the school submits the nomination form, the nominated student must complete the online Student Application. The application gathers important information and personal reflections on the value of local service, and signals the commitment and readiness of student participants.
Deadline: 24 February 2017

Step 3
The IBSC Student Forum leaders will notify all applicants by 6 March 2017 to let them know if they have been accepted to participate in the IBSC Student Forum.
