The Trustee Engagement Committee serves as the steward of our leadership culture. By cultivating a highly informed, deeply committed, and professionally developed Board of Trustees, we ensure IBSC possesses the governance capacity required to navigate complex strategic change. Through rigorous self-assessment, intentional onboarding, and proactive external engagement, the Committee safeguards our mission and secures the philanthropic resources necessary for long-term institutional vitality.
- Identification, Engagement, and Stewardship of Present, Past, and Future Trustees.
- Support on the ongoing strength and performance of the Board of Trustees through regular self evaluation and assessment.
- Guide the strategic approach to Trustee development and professional growth.
