Meet Aaron
Aaron Fuehrer
Aaron Fuehrer started working with the International Boys’ Schools Coalition in November 2017 as Director of Information Technology. Aaron looks forward to growing technology services used by IBSC to further its mission of preparing boys and young men for their roles in a globally connected world.
Prior to joining IBSC, Aaron worked with the Association for College & University Technology Advancement (ACUTA) as Chief Technology Officer and IT Manager in Lexington, Kentucky, United States. During his 22 years at ACUTA, Aaron supported and implemented technology solutions for staff and members, including website management, online communities, server / workstation administration, association database management, and recording and video streaming of ACUTA Annual Conference and Seminar events.
Prior to ACUTA, Aaron gained experience in the association world as a technical contractor for the National Association of State Purchasing Officials (NASPO) also located in Lexington, Kentucky. In this position, Aaron was responsible for creating and hosting an online database system of recycled commodities for NASPO members funded by a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University in business administration – computer information systems.
