IBSC Seminar Series
Professional Boundaries, Respectful School Climate, Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response, and Healthy Relationships
An IBSC Online Program for Boys' Schools Featuring Katie Koestner
November 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11, 2021
Join us for a series of six 75-minute sessions on professional boundaries, respectful school climate, sexual misconduct prevention and response, and healthy relationships. Learn from renowned expert Katie Koestner about best practices in risk management culled from 30 years of international work with more than 5,000 educational institutions worldwide.
Learn policies, procedures, protocols, prevention education, and training for boys’ schools to proactively address sexual misconduct, boundary-crossing, harassment, and gender bias. Tackle hot-button issues like sexting, harassment, pornography, sexual misconduct, abuse, stalking, social media, hook-up culture, alcohol, sexual exploitation, gender and sexual identity, same-sex assault, and more. Stay ahead of negative media coverage by proactively educating our next generation of male leaders.
