Join us for the 2023 IBSC Annual Conference in Auckland, New Zealand, July 5-8. Westlake Boys High School hosts us to explore the theme Kia Moemoeā: Dream Beyond Limits, which aims to motivate boys’ educators to develop men of the future, encouraging boys to feel connected and engaged in their learning and with their community.
Attendee Registration
(for both IBSC members and nonmembers)
Attendee registration includes admission to all conference events. Meals provided include the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception; refreshment breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; lunches on Thursday and Friday; and the Friday evening special event. Complimentary bus transportation for attendees runs from the conference hotels to Westlake Boys High School on conference days.
Spouse/Partner Program Registration
Spouse/Partner Program registration includes Wednesday conference events, Wednesday evening Welcome Reception, Friday evening special event, and bus transportation to and from Westlake Boys High School. It also includes participation in the daytime spouse/partner program detailed on the Spouse/Partner Program page . Please register your spouse/partner for this program during the attendee registration process.

Sponsors receive separate instructions to register for the conference.

Additional Events
The following special events are included in your conference registration. Spouse/partner registration also includes these special events. You may buy tickets for up to five additional guests you want to bring at these rates.

Cancellation Policy
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four (4) weeks prior to the start of the conference (June 7) and 50% if a written request is received two (2) weeks prior to the conference (June 21). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Schools that want to replace a conference participant unable to attend with an alternate should contact us at IBSC@theibsc.org.
Registration Deadline
Conference registration closes June 29. at 12:00 noon EDT or when the conference reaches capacity, whichever occurs first.
Conference Hotel
Make your hotel reservation early to ensure availability. Special hotel rates are available until June 1, or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
