Explore, debate, and imagine the best ways to prepare boys for the future. Workshops from teachers and leaders in boys’ schools form the foundation of the IBSC Annual Conference. Present a workshop at the 2024 IBSC Annual Conference in London, July 1-4. Harrow School hosts us to explore the theme Tradition, Leadership, Innovation. Join us to motivate boys’ educators to develop men for an uncertain future, encouraging boys to feel connected and engaged in their learning and with their community through leading lives of service and leadership.
The conference focuses on the ways boys can contribute positively to social and environmental change in an ever-evolving, globalized world. The best schools reflect on their rituals and traditions while refining practices to ensure boys are real-world ready. IBSC Annual Conference workshops provide opportunities for attendees to share best practice with the intention of implementing innovations and learning in their own settings. Workshops aim to inspire attendees with research and proven ideas to empower our boys to be thought leaders in well-being, technology, diverse learning environments, resilience, and collaboration. Together we can positively impact boys’ education and develop connectedness and leadership in each student. We seek proposals that demonstrate effective practices in our efforts to guide, support, and prepare boys as they move their communities forward. We are all responsible.
