Registration closes June 12, including guest ticket sales for the special events. Tickets will not be available on-site.

Attendee Registration
(for both IBSC members and nonmembers)
Attendee registration includes admission to all conference events, including all special events. (You do not need to purchase a separate ticket to these special events when you register for the full conference.) Meals provided include the Monday evening Welcome Reception, refreshment breaks on all days, lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Wednesday Gala Dinner. Complimentary bus transportation for attendees runs from the conference hotels to St. Stithians College on conference days.
Spouse/Partner Program Registration
Spouse/partner program registration includes Monday conference events, Monday evening Welcome Reception, Wednesday Gala Dinner, and bus transportation to and from events. It also includes participation in the daytime spouse/partner program detailed on the Spouse/Partner Program page. Please register your spouse/partner for this program during the attendee registration process. (You do not need to purchase a separate ticket to the special events on Monday and Wednesday nights when you register for the spouse/partner program.)

Sponsors receive separate instructions to register for the conference.

Guest Tickets for Special Events
Guest ticket sales close with registration on June 12.
If you plan to bring a guest to a special event who is not registered for the conference or the spouse/partner program, you must purchase a ticket for the guest. Tickets will not be available on-site. Guest ticket sales end on June 12, when conference registration closes.
(You do not need to purchase a ticket for yourself to attend these special events if you have already registered for the conference or the spouse/partner program.)
You may purchase up to two additional tickets for each special event. If you need more than two tickets, please contact us at IBSC@theibsc.org.

Note: A Welcome Reception guest ticket grants access to the reception only; it does not includ the opening plenary session. Guests with tickets must provide their own transportation to the Welcome Reception but may use the conference transportation at the end of the evening.
Cancellation Policy
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four (4) weeks prior to the start of the conference (May 29) and 50% if a written request is received two (2) weeks prior to the conference (June 12). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Schools that want to replace a conference participant unable to attend with an alternate should contact us at IBSC@theibsc.org.
Registration Deadline
Conference registration closes June 12, at 12:00 noon EDT or when the conference reaches capacity, whichever occurs first.
