Morristown, New Jersey, United States

Reimagine How to Raise Responsible, Ethical, Resilient, Creative BoysJoin us for this regional conference, hosted jointly by Delbarton School (United States) and Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart (United States).
Geared toward K-12 educators, coaches, mentors, and families of boys, this conference features speakers, programming, and workshops designed to share resources and tools for inspiring boys in the classroom and beyond. Sessions emphasize relational learning, self-awareness, and overall well-being, encouraging constructive dialogue around promoting models of healthy masculinity.
Every day, Delbarton School and Princeton Academy guide boys in grades K-12 through the process of turning into ethical and well-rounded men of the 21st century. We aim to inform and shape public conversations about male education and development in order to leverage the positive attributes of boys and enable their success in a complex and changing 21st century world.
We identify three topics central to boys’ education: reading, coaching, and social-emotional development. Conference breakout sessions and keynotes focus on each topic to help educators, parents, and coaches leave with specific tools to help boys navigate the world.
Join us to learn practical and realistic strategies to build better boys at home and in the classroom.
- Understand why some boys struggle with reading. Learn strategies to identify and remediate struggling readers in a variety of different grades.
- Build excellence as an athletic program while confronting the challenges that surround modern youth athletics.
- Develop compassionate, courageous, and creative boys.
- Navigate the culture of “toxic masculinity” within an all-boys environment through dialogue and mentorship.
