Registration fees include admission to all conference events. Meals provided include the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, continental breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and lunches on Monday and Tuesday.
Cancellation Policy
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four (4) weeks prior to the start of the conference (September 24) and 50% if a written request is received two (2) weeks prior to the conference (October 8). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Schools that want to replace a conference participant unable to attend with an alternate should contact us at IBSC@theibsc.org.
