Join action researchers at IBSC member schools for a global panel discussion and live Q&A exploring their research findings on helping boys cultivate healthy masculinity. Come together to share action plans and ideas to shatter masculine stereotypes in boys’ schools.
Engage in conversation on the IBSC Shorts platform September 26 – October 2, 2023. Access a pre-recorded panel discussion and interact with the presenters and other participants on the class discussion board to grow and learn together. Then join a live Q&A session on Zoom at 4:00 PM EDT on October 2.
Who Should Attend?
Leaders and teachers in IBSC member schools interested in learning more about a selection of the findings from the 2022-23 IBSC Action Research project, Shattering Stereotypes: Helping Boys Cultivate Healthy Masculinity
Format
Watch a pre-recorded presentation and then join an asynchronous conversation with fellow participants and presenters on a discussion board. You have access to this content and conversation for seven consecutive days. Comment on the presentation, interact with the presenters, share your own resources that may benefit others, learn from the information global colleagues contribute, and share topics you want to discuss during the live Q&A session.
Join a live Q&A session on Zoom at 4:00 PM EDT on October 2. (Check the time in your time zone).
Registration
IBSC member rate: US $50
Pay by credit card only. This program is limited to the first 200 registrants.
Refund Policy
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received two weeks prior to the class. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this time. Schools seeking to register an alternate to replace a participant unable to attend should contact IBSC@theibsc.org.
