Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before submitting your application.
Application Submission Process
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Before submitting your application, you must secure support from your school enroll in the program, including attending the 2026 IBSC Annual Conference at St. Stithians College in Johannesburg, Guateng, South Africa.
- Applications are only accepted from individuals from an IBSC member school.
- By submitting an application, individuals agree to all requirements in the terms and conditions.
- A head of school support statement must be submitted for your application to be considered.
Accepted Applications
- If IBSC selects your application, we will send you an invoice for the program.
- All participants in the program must adhere to the policies, procedures, and deadlines established.
- The cohort is limited to 15 participants.
Program Participant Expectations
IBSC is committed to providing outstanding professional development opportunities for our members. Program participants agree to:
- Pay the program fee of $2,500.
- Register and pay for the 2026 IBSC Annual Conference.
- Make your own hotel and travel arrangements for the conference, for which you are financially responsible.
- Attend all online meetings as noted.
- Meet all deadlines for the program.
Application Deadline and Notice of Decision
- Submit your application by January 15, 2026.
- By January 31, IBSC will contact all individuals who applied with the status of their application.
