This session focuses on strategically upskilling teachers new to boys' schools and creating impactful middle leadership development programs in boys’ schools. Engage with colleagues from IBSC schools worldwide who have pioneered innovative approaches in these two areas of professional learning.

Who Should Attend?

Directors of professional development in IBSC member schools who are focused on empowering excellence in the following areas of professional learning:

  • Initiatives that upskill teachers who are new to boys’ schools
  • Programs that develop and support middle leaders in boys’ schools

Format

Participate in a scheduled 60-minute interactive session using Zoom.

All registered attendees have access to the recording of this session for 21 days after the event. Even if your schedule cannot accommodate the live event, register so you can watch the recording at your convenience.

Available exclusively to IBSC members, the session includes a 30-minute panel discussion, followed by 30 minutes for Q&A and reflection. Then all participants will be added to a listserv to collaborate and share with likeminded colleagues after the online event.

Registration

  • IBSC member rate: US $110

Refund Policy 
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received two weeks prior to the class. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this time. Schools seeking to register an alternate to replace a participant unable to attend should contact IBSC@theibsc.org.
