IBSC Middle Leaders in Boys’ Schools

IBSC Women in Leadership in Boys’ SchoolsAn Online Panel Conversation Featuring Middle Leaders in IBSC Schools

October 30 – November 6, 2023

Join leaders at IBSC member schools for a global panel discussion and live Q&A exploring the crucial role of middle leaders in boys’ schools.

Middle leaders in schools provide a vital link for the senior leadership team, the boys our schools serve, classroom teachers, parents, and others in the community, translating high-level visions into actionable strategies. Their multifaceted roles require varied levels of responsibility and expertise. They ensure the smooth running of both educational and administrative aspects of the school, making them essential for optimizing overall school performance and student outcomes. They provide essential leadership in specific areas like subject expertise, pastoral care, special education needs, and so much more.

Engage in conversation on the IBSC Shorts platform October 30 – November 6, 2023. During this time access a pre-recorded panel discussion and interact with fellow participants on the class discussion board to grow and learn together. Then join a live Q&A session on Zoom at 4:00 PM EST November 6.
