Engage in conversation on the IBSC Shorts platform from February 26 – March 4, 2024. Then join a live Q&A session on Zoom at 4:00 PM EST on March 4, 2024.

Hear panelists discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion in leadership, the unique challenges and opportunities they face as women in their positions, and strategies for professional growth and development. Key themes include navigating gender dynamics, advocating for inclusivity, leveraging mentorship and networking, and the impact of female leadership on school culture and curriculum to address the developmental needs of boys. These leaders emphasize the significance of being seen, heard, and valued in their communities and share personal stories of overcoming obstacles, making meaningful changes in their schools, and the importance of supporting and uplifting one another in leadership roles.
