Being a leader is a learned behavior.
To become leaders, boys need to maintain a positive attitude and learn how to
take on a challenge. Perseverance, communication, and collaboration are
necessary qualities of a leader. Boys should also be able to learn from their
mistakes. Explore how to help boys learn and develop leadership skills that
will prepare them to become leaders in a global society.
