Conference Registration for Attendees and Spouses/Partners
Conference registration for all attendees, including spouses/partners and workshop presenters, runs 1:30 – 3:30 PM Sunday in the Main Tent. After checking in, enjoy a student-led tour of campus before the opening plenary session. Workshop presenters may view their assigned space upon request; a Belmont Hill student will happily assist.
The Information Desk in the Jordan Athletic Center offers support throughout the conference.
Meals and Snacks
Enjoy a continental breakfast and a diverse lunch selection during the conference. Find snacks, refreshing beverages, and coffee drinks available at convenient locations across campus during breaks. We’ve planned for a range of dietary needs, including common allergies. If you indicated special dietary requirements on your registration form and have any questions, please speak with a member of the catering team. Our director of culinary excellence has crafted our menu, which can be viewed in the conference app.

Public Transportation
Find everything you need to know about getting around Boston on public buses and subways (known as the T) through the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority website, www.mbta.com. Students in Belmont Hill School's Sustainability Club created this public transportation guide as a reference you can use to get around Boston. We recommend using conference buses, Uber, Lyft, or taxis to travel to and from the conference each day.

Buses transport attendees between Belmont Hill School and the conference hotel each day of the conference. Please look for the yellow Yankee Line buses and on-site personnel to assist. Buses also provide transport to and from the special reception at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
