Registration is payable in US dollars only. Payment may be made via credit card (Mastercard or Visa), bank wire, or cheque.

Cancellation Policy

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference and 50% if a written request is received 2 weeks prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that time. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact the IBSC at office@theibsc.org.

Registration Deadline

Workshop registration will close at 11:59 PM on January 11, 2016, EST, and may close earlier if registration reaches conference capacity.
