Early-Bird Rate:
There is an early-bird registration rate if you register on or before March 20th. See rate table below.

Delegate Registration
Delegate registration includes admission to all conference events, entertainment, and meals listed in the conference program schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if written request is received before March 1st and 50% if written request is received before March 20th. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 20th. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact the IBSC at office@theibsc.org.
Registration Deadline:
Conference registration will close 3 April 2015, and may close earlier if registration reaches conference capacity.
