Early-Bird Rate:
There is an early-bird registration rate if you register on or before February 7th. See rate table below.

Delegate Registration
Delegate registration includes admission to all conference events, transportation to and from the conference hotel, and meals listed in the conference program schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if written request is received before February 1st and 50% if written request is received before February 7th. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 20th. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact the IBSC at office@theibsc.org.
Registration Deadline:
Conference registration will close February 16, 2015, and may close earlier if registration reaches conference capacity.
