Conference registration fees include access to all conference sessions and materials, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea as listed in the conference program.

IBSC member rate: U.S.$160 (approximately £125)

Nonmember rate: U.S.$175 (approximately £140)

Refund Policy

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four weeks prior to the start of the conference (September 13) and 50% if a written request is received two weeks prior to the conference (September 27). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this time. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact IBSC@theibsc.org.
