Registration will close on 1/15/2020 at Noon Eastern time US.

Early Bird Rate (by December 31)

  • IBSC members: $390 (approximately £300)
  • IBSC member group rate for two or more people from the same school: $355 each (approximately £275 each)

Regular Rate

  • IBSC member rate: $450 (approximately £350)
  • IBSC member group rate for two or more people from the same school: $420 each (approximately £325 each)
  • Nonmember rate: $515 (approximately £400)

Cancellation Policy

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four weeks prior to the start of the conference and 50% if a written request is received two weeks prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this time. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference participant unable to attend should contact IBSC@theibsc.org.
