Registration is now closed.

Cancellation Policy

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four weeks prior to the start of the conference (March 8) and 50% if a written request is received two weeks prior to the conference (March 22). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this time. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact IBSC@theibsc.org.
