Registration rates

Early-Bird Rate: There is an early-bird registration rate if you register on or before January 9th. See rate table below.

Early-Bird IBSC Member School Rate (before January 9th)	US $350 per person
Regular IBSC Member School Rate (after January 9th)	US $450 per person
Non-member Rate	US $650 per person

Delegate Registration

Delegate registration includes admission to all conference events, entertainment, and meals listed in the conference program schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if written request is received before January 6th and 50% if written request is received before January 15th. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 15th. Schools wishing to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend should contact the IBSC at office@theibsc.org.

Registration Deadline:

Conference registration will close 20 January 2015, and may close earlier if registration reaches conference capacity.
