We hope you can join us in person. To serve IBSC members worldwide, we offer a streaming service to include you in this important professional development event. Those who register for the streaming option will get live, real-time access to the event on May 16, as well as to the podcast for three months after the event. Streaming attendees will have a dedicated email address to send questions/comments directly into the room real time.

Cancellation Policy

IBSC will refund 90% of registration fees if a written request is received four (4) weeks prior to the start of the conference (April 18, 2018, at 11:59 PM EDT) and 50% if a written request is received two (2) weeks prior to the conference (May 2, 2018, at 11:59 PM EDT). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. If your school wants to register an alternate to replace a conference delegate unable to attend, please contact IBSC@theibsc.org.
