CPR = Connect + Protect + Respect

People's actions make up culture: what they do when they are observed, how they treat the least-able community members, and how they handle mistakes. Highly engaged cultures emerge when people feel inspired to strive for better results and get better outcomes. Schools should aim to create a vibrant CPR culture that:

  • Connects people.
  • Protects everyone and keeps them safe.
  • Respects one another.

Join us to outline the steps to create a positive CPR culture in boys' schools. Engage In facilitated discussions to examine and reconsider ways to support the well-being of boys.
