Boys Using Creative Writing to Showcase Their Voices

At a time where thinking around the flipped classroom and access to ideas and information through technology renders the notion of the teacher as the only source of knowledge increasingly redundant, greater attention is being paid to the ways in which we can enable our students to empower themselves. The effect of teacher as facilitator is at the heart of student agency and so this project was an opportunity to explore how it might be both developed and received within an English classroom setting.
